Puppy Paws Yoga Opening State College Location In November

Yoga just got a whole lot cuter.
Puppy Paws Yoga is set to open a State College location on November 7, according to an Instagram post. The studio will open at 124 McAllister Alley.
Puppy Paws Yoga is exactly what it sounds like: a yoga class that includes puppy playtime. Folks can sign up for a 75-minute class that includes a beginner-friendly 45-minute yoga flow followed by 30 minutes of dedicated puppy time.
“No yoga experience needed,” the post read. “Just grab your roommate, best friend, sorority sisters, or your favorite person and come make some ridiculously cute memories with us.”
Classes are listed for $59.00, and mats are included.
According to the studio’s website, folks are more than welcome to play with the puppies as they please and aren’t required to do yoga throughout the class.
The studio introduces a new pack of puppies every weekend, but the dogs are expected to be strictly golden retrievers for opening weekend.
“Our classes aren’t just joyful for you—they’re meaningful for the puppies, too,” the website said. “Every cuddle and gentle interaction helps them feel safe, loved, and confident before they meet their forever families. By sharing your time and kindness, you’re giving them the sweetest start to their new lives.”
Puppy Paws Yoga currently has studios in college towns around the country, including Ann Arbor, Michigan, Athens, Georgia, and Blacksburg, Virginia.
Folks looking for more information or to register can do so on the Puppy Paws Yoga website.
