THON and Four Diamonds are set to receive permanent signage at Gate B of Beaver Stadium, Penn State Health announced Friday.

The signage — made possible by an anonymous gift — will include both organizations’ names and logos and is expected to be in place for Penn State football’s Homecoming matchup with Wisconsin on Saturday.

The anonymous gift was announced in August 2024 and was worth $10 million. The donor relinquished naming rights to honor “the impact and mission” of both Four Diamonds and THON.

THON is the world’s largest student-run philanthropy event, dedicated to improving the lives of Four Diamonds children. The organization is made up of 16,500 volunteers, according to a news release.

THON 2026 raised $18,841,726.53.

“Penn State Athletics and THON represent two of the strongest communities within the Penn State family, bringing people together through shared experience, traditions and a commitment to something bigger than themselves,” Lauren Mellas, the THON 2027 executive director, said in a news release.

“Both communities have a lasting impact on students, alumni and fans, and there is incredible opportunity when we bring that passion together. We are excited to continue building our partnership with Athletics and to see the impact we can make together, For the Kids.”

Four Diamonds is a nonprofit fund committed to financially supporting children with cancer and their families.

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the partnership between THON and Four Diamonds, which has raised more than $273 million for Four Diamonds.

“We are thrilled to be recognized as a permanent fixture at Beaver Stadium,” Suzanne Graney, executive director of Four Diamonds, said.

“We are so grateful to Penn State Athletics for being a Partner in the Fight to conquer childhood cancer. We are likewise thankful to this anonymous donor for their generosity and creativity in helping us to raise awareness about childhood cancer with our Nittany Lion fans.”
