Penn State-Michigan Set For 3:30 P.M. Kickoff

Penn State football’s October 17 matchup against Michigan is set for a 3:30 p.m. kickoff, with the network still to be determined, the Big Ten announced on Monday.

The Nittany Lions’ second conference road test of the season will come in the Big House, where they haven’t won since 2020. The Wolverines are riding a three-game win streak since then, sneaking two wins in Beaver Stadium in 2021 and 2023.

Michigan holds a 17-10 all-time series lead. The two squads haven’t met since 2023 and are both in the midst of shaky seasons under new head coaches.

Penn State has suffered back-to-back Big Ten losses to Wisconsin and Northwestern, and the Wolverines are also winless in the Big Ten at the time of writing, dropping games to Iowa and Minnesota.

Despite each program sitting at 2-2 overall, a road win against Michigan would be a major accomplishment for Matt Campbell and Penn State.
