CATA Announces Overnight Closure Of Stop Due To Ongoing Roadwork
The bus stop on West College Ave. at South Allen Street will be closed from 4 p.m. on Wednesday, October 7, to 9 a.m. on Thursday, October 8, while PennDOT crews continue to work on improvements at the stop, the Centre Area Transportation Authority (CATA) announced Wednesday morning.
CATA encourages all riders to use the following alternative stops during the closure:
- Pattee Transit Center Eastbound and Westbound
- Riders using the CC, NV, RP, or UP routes may use the stop at East College Ave. at Atherton Hall
- Riders using the AC route are encouraged to either use the stop at Beaver Ave. at Schlow Library/CATA Office or the Walker Building stop
