NWCA All-Star Classic To Be Held At Rec Hall On November 24

The NWCA All-Star Classic returns to Rec Hall on November 24, FloWrestling announced Friday.

The annual event is meant as a college wrestling showcase. It brings 20 of the best wrestlers in the country to one venue for an early-season exhibition clash that sets the tone for the season.

The event also usually features women’s and non-Division I matches.

At times, the event has been held at the start of the college wrestling season, but it was pushed back to two days before Thanksgiving, likely due to the quick turnaround from freestyle tournaments to the wrestling season.

National Duals were similarly pushed back to December for the same reason.

This’s the second time in three years the event has been held at Rec Hall, after hosting it in 2024 with a small army of Penn State wrestlers competing.

There is very limited information on who will be competing at the event, with no matches currently established.

Justin Basch, who was the first to report that the event will be held at Rec Hall, dropped the following nuggets on social media on Wednesday:

The event will be streamed on FloWrestling. Ticket information has not been released yet.
