Your Official Bye Week Drinking Game

Well, at least Penn State football can’t lose this week, folks!

The Nittany Lions are 0-4 in Big Ten play so far, leaving the Penn State faithful pumped for a much-needed break from football. The team returns to action on Halloween against Purdue, so enjoy the peace while you can.

Let’s kick off the bye week with a few drinks, shall we? He’s your official bye week drinking game.

  • If you are on campus, take a shot to start the party!
  • If you are going to the THON 5K, take a sip of water FTK!
  • If you watch College Gameday on Saturday morning, take a shot.
  • Take a sip every time you think about Penn State’s season so far (we want to forget it too, don’t worry).
  • Turn on the official Onward State (good)bye week playlist and sip away!
  • Take a sip to celebrate, just because. It is a bye week, after all.
  • If you overhear someone say, “At least we can’t lose this week,” take two sips.
  • If you watch a game and the announcer brings up Penn State, take a sip.
  • If a broadcast mentions the new possible 24-team College Football Playoff, take a sip and pray Penn State can make it next year.
  • If a broadcast mentions the projected College Football Playoff bracket for this year, take two sips because you know Penn State isn’t on it.
  • Every time you think about next week’s Purdue game, take a sip because it’s time for the Nittany Lions’ first Big Ten win!
  • Do you miss Koby Howard? We do too. Take a sip.

As always, drink responsibly and enjoy your week off, Penn State!
