Internet famous pop duo, Karmin, is materializing from the cyber-web to perform for a Penn State crowd on October 12th in Alumni Hall according to SPA.
Last night in Heritage Hall, Jay Paterno and women's basketball coach, Coquese Washington, opened up with students over the importance of voting in this up-coming presidential election. The event hosted by PSU Votes was designed to give Penn State the fodder to spark political engagement within the student body. But from the strikingly low attendance, will there be enough voices to carry the torch?
From 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, PSU Votes and Onward State will be set up outside of the HUB, the Pattee Paterno library and East Halls with white boards and dry erase markers asking students the simple question "why are you voting?" Join us in giving Penn State a voice in the up-coming election.
With a proud blue background and a string of words that reads simply, "You can't cover up 61 years of success with honor," a new billboard was erected in State College that pays homage to the legacy of the late Joe Paterno.
