The Student Fee Board heard its first round of allocation request presentations at its meeting Friday.
The service changes come as students prepare to head home for Thanksgiving and stay there as classes move online.
"No two people have the same ideas about the entire world, so I ran to give people an option."
Students have multiple options to vote in person or through the mail this fall.
The new sites will be part of Penn State's random surveillance coronavirus testing program.
"Right now, it's the most consequential election of our lifetime. There is so much on the line."
