Student leaders from various high-profile campus organizations are set to meet with University Administrators this morning at the Nittany Lion Inn to discuss the University's fundraising activities, budgeting and tuition setting, according to an email obtained by Onward State sent yesterday morning by Vice President for Student Affairs Damon Sims.
News has been circulating around the Penn State community that Information Technology Services will not be renewing their contract with Blackboard for the Angel Course Management System.

Homecoming week is upon us. Every alumni's favorite week of the year kicked off yesterday with the Homecoming 5k in the afternoon and the Dance Competition and Boys Like Girls concert in the evening. The rest of the week is filled with fun events for students and alumni to find out about some Penn State history and see several on-campus organizations showcase their talents. Here's a breakdown of the events taking place.
Homecoming 2010 kicks off tomorrow with the 2nd annual Homecoming 5K starting from the IM Building at 12pm. Registration begins at the corner of Curtin and University Drive at 11am.
Festivities continue in Rec Hall on Sunday night with the Homecoming Dance Competition at 7 pm and the Boys Like Girls concert at 8:30.
Last night was bid night for the Panhellenic Council, the largest council of sororities on campus. Potential members gathered in the HUB to find out which of the 23 sororities they would be asked to join.
