ROTC To Host Prisoner Of War And Missing In Action Vigil

Penn State’s ROTC and the Harry R. Armstrong Squadron will host their annual Prisoner of War and Missing In Action vigil Friday in remembrance of the men and women who have not come home from the battlefield.
