
The lawsuit alleges a now-retired police captain had been aware of a witness report to the department about alleged heavy drinking and domestic violence by the officer who shot and killed Osagie.

They added that the borough has “not withheld any information” about the shooting.

Osagie's parents allege the officer who fatally shot their son in 2019 was "mentally unstable and violent," and was "unfit for duty."

The borough's response also publicly named the officers involved in Osagie's death for the first time ever.

A Bally's press release said the casino's unspecified location will be "near the Nittany Mall."

Council voted 4-3 to approve the $69 million budget, which includes no tax increase.
