Penn State Trustee Ken Frazier has never wavered in his unconditional support of the Freeh report and its findings, even going so far as to compare Freeh report doubters to people who believe the O.J. Simpson verdict was correct.
It all went down yesterday in Hershey during one of the Board of Trustees committee meetings, where Frazier was confronted by board candidate Bill Cluck, a Harrisburg lawyer. Cluck -- like many Penn Staters (and Bob Costas) -- questioned some of the conclusions Freeh reached in the report and commented that the document would not hold up legally in court, much to the chagrin of the fiery Frazier.

Much has been made this week about the Penn State Interfraternity Council's "day long" policy, sending some Greeks into a sober pandemonium, upset that the beloved spring tradition would be no more. The no day long rumors were intensified by a misinformed Total Frat Move post supporting a petition addressed to the IFC that simply said "WE WANT DAYLONGS!" But here's the truth.

After recent controversy and protest, Penn State has suspended its contract with Adidas for 60 days, effective immediately.

Over thirty former Penn State football players will attend this weekend's Board of Trustees meeting in Hershey and hold a press conference following the meeting according to the Penn Staters for Responsible Stewardship.

Two political heavyweights are set to square off in Schwab Auditorium on April 23 as part of a bipartisan event hosted by the College Democrats and College Republicans. Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich and former White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs will come to Penn State for a debate that is sure to be both informative and entertaining.

"Do you see the Freeh report differently now than you did at the time?"
"Oh yes, very much so."
Those words came from Emmy-winning journalist Bob Costas last week in a radio interview with Kevin Slaten of KQQZ in St. Louis. Costas spoke at length to Slaten about his evolving opinion of the Freeh report, Joe Paterno's legacy, and the Penn State situation as a whole in what is some of the most balanced rhetoric I've heard from a national media source about the Sandusky scandal.
