With 708 dancers standing for all 46 hours of THON, it can be tough to serve all of the dancers' unique needs, whatever they may be, and feeding them is no exception. With the nearly infinite amount of dietary preferences and restrictions, getting all the dancers the exact food they need can be tricky. To complicate the process even more, all of the food served to dancers by HOS is donated, adding another barrier to accommodation.

As we near the 18 hour mark, it's normal for those who have been in the stands supporting the dancers to get tired. Even if you've only been in the Bryce Jordan Center for a few hours, this is a completely normal time for energy to start getting low, after hours of standing around, probably not eating too much and generally not doing much. Have no fear though, here at Onward State, we're all about helping out and sharing our nuggets of wisdom with you, so we've compiled some energy-boosting solutions for your current state of tiredness.
