Penn State's Science Policy Society is partnering with Liberty Craft House to make science personable by bringing research into the State College community. The group's first Science on Tap event attracted dozens of people to Liberty last month to hear more about faculty advisor Dr. Michael Mann's research on human-caused climate change.
"I want the THON community to have a more holistic view of SL and understand that they are able to make a direct impact on the Four Diamonds and the children at Hershey by donating supplies or their time to the Committee."
James Franklin and his staff paid close attention to Virginia this cycle, securing four important 2017 signees from the Old Dominion State.
Penn State will pay you to vape, sleep, and participate in a myriad of other random studies.
"We're going to Minnesota to play the Gophers...it doesn't get much better a challenge than that. You can look at it either way -- the bigger the difficulty the bigger the opportunity. Things are going against us right now, and we have to figure out a way to come out of it."
Penn State is currently on pace for its best conference record under Pat Chambers this season. It hasn't all been pretty, but the future is certainly bright.
