Parents of Penn State seniors are coming together to provide some positivity for their students during a difficult last semester.
The Venezuelan Student Organization (VSO) is raising funds to fight food insecurity among kids in Venezuela.
Barber is dancing all by herself in her dorm room, but support from the THON community is keeping her spirits up.
"When I found out, I was super excited. I'm always drowning in my work, but it lifted my spirits so much and made my day so much happier. I got so giddy."
The senior Blue Band member is dancing for his organization, Ohana, to fulfill a position once held by loved ones.
"Just because everything is different this year, doesn't mean that THON stops, doesn't mean that cancer stops -- we still have to do this."
