Former PSU Quarterback Transfers to Temple

A familiar face may be manning the Temple offense when the Owls travel across the state to Beaver Stadium on September 22. It was officially announced today that former Penn State quarterback Kevin Newsome has signed on with Temple and will be eligible to compete during the 2012 season.

Recent Penn State alums Caity Rogowski and Ariel Abramowitz flexed their social media muscles to put a stop to those selling tickets to Joe Paterno's memorial service for profit on eBay. Rogowski and Abramowitz began to drive prices up on every ticket listing they could find while also reporting each listing in an effort to catch eBay's attention.

How to Remember Our Coach

Joe was ready. He died surrounded by his loved ones and his family. He left knowing he had finished everything that he had ever started. We were never truly alone while he was living, and we certainly aren't alone now. He made all of it possible and he left us to continue the tradition of excellence he bestowed upon our school. And that is what should give us the most comfort, the most solace, on a day like today.
