
Scheduling: A traumatic experience we all have to go through together. A night that reminds us graduation actually does exist. A necessary speed bump that pokes fun at those of us who are still clueless about our life path. A fight with your peers for the best classes at the best times (hello four-day weekends!).
That's where Onward State steps in. Last week in our Community section, we asked for your opinions on the classes offered here at Penn State. Based on your comments and other feedback, we've assembled a brief list to help you in your quest to achieve some prime time knowledge.

This Friday, October 1, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Penn State Homecoming is hosting a blood drive at Alumni Hall in the the HUB. If you're interested, donors are encouraged to schedule appointments ahead of time. You can do this online or in person at the HUB, where tables will be set up today from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

President of the Council of Commonwealth Student Governments Mohamed Raouda appeared during the Open Student Forum portion of the meeting and encouraged UPUA members to attend this weekend's CCSG meeting. Raouda said that the Assembly has "so far shown amazing support to the Commonwealth."

The Student Life & Diversity Committee, part of the University Park Undergraduate Association, will be hosting Campus Night Out tonight from 6 to 8 p.m. in front of Old Main.

Myers argued that the provision would discriminate against students and would be a problem not only for students, but for rental owners, business, and for Penn State. By lowering the amount of occupants allowed in a rental from three to two, the Borough Council would be taking already limited living space away from students.

In Animal Farm, all were equal, but some were more equal than others. Until Tuesday night, it was the same with IFC fraternities.
On Tuesday, the IFC adopted more just sanctioning guidelines for policy violations.
