Penn State football fans and players alike took to Twitter to celebrate the Big Ten's announcement Wednesday morning.

Once again, Penn State remains one of the top public universities in the country, according to U.S. News and World Report.
To date, 1,145 University Park students have tested positive for the coronavirus.
The celebration will kick off on Thursday, September 17 and recognize the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment.
