"I can assure you we will all meet again. When we do, the cheers in Beaver Stadium will be a bit louder, the ice cream at the Creamery will taste a bit sweeter, the Lion Shrine in the moonlight will shine a bit brighter, the gentle hush of the library will even be a more peaceful, laughs and smiles will look a bit more beautiful, and the bells in Old Main will ring a bit truer."

We miss sports. Here are some new ones we'd like to see played at Penn State.

However cliché the commencement speeches become, however many pictures you're forced to pose for in front of the Lion Shrine, it all offers a sense of closure to a formative stage of life.

So much was left undone for the Class of 2020. And moving on to the next stage of life seems as frightening as ever.

Sure, I missed another opportunity to let it fly like I always do. Sure, I missed one more chance to compete in a Penn State singlet. And sure, I will always only be a one-time NCAA Champion.

In the face of the global coronavirus pandemic, please spare a moment to think of the student-athletes who were robbed of their last chances to compete to no fault of their own.
