I love bubble tea. I think it has something to do with my inner child delighting in devouring food that grosses other people out. A small fire broke out in the kitchen at Irving's bagel café at about 9:00 p.m. Tuesday evening. Local firefighters quickly arrived at the scene and blocked off a section of College Avenue for over 30 minutes.

State College is a magnet for former conservative presidential candidates. On Saturday afternoon, Governor Rick Perry of Texas will campaign at the Victory Center of the Centre County Republican Party. GOP candidate for the US Senate, Tom Smith, will also be in attendance.
