Toney was drafted in the seventh of this year's draft, making him the fourth Nittany Lion off the board thus far.
The menacing 6'8", 340-pound tackle is the second offensive lineman to join Penn State's class of 2022.

McPhearson played in 24 games over two seasons as a Nittany Lion before transferring to Texas Tech to finish out his college career.
"I just see myself going out there and doing whatever is asked of me. So like I said, they tell me to go in and block the whole game, I'm gonna do that."
