‘Somebody Get Me A Jersey!’: Penn State Yinzers Go Crazy Over Steelers’ Pat Freiermuth Pick

Pat Freiermuth is staying in Pennsylvania, and Penn State Yinzers couldn’t be happier.

The star Nittany Lion tight end was taken by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the second round of the NFL Draft Friday night. As if the moment wasn’t perfect enough, Penn State and Pittsburgh legend Franco Harris got to announce the pick.

Penn State and Pittsburgh fans took to Twitter and celebrated accordingly.

Get used to seeing Steelers Freiermuth jerseys in State College, folks!

Former Penn State defensive star and current coach Deion Barnes made sure to shout out Freiermuth.

Football, man.

The folks are excited!
