"There's no doubt about it, [Will] went in and gave us a spark. He made plays in the passing game. I thought he did a good job managing the game overall, and he made some good throws."

"I think this is huge, we have to go have fun. Through this whole process man, we forgot how to have fun. When you have fun, it breeds confidence."
While recruiting may pale in comparison to Penn State's other issues, the Nittany Lions' future is looking increasingly subpar.
