As THON weekend gets underway, we discovered the best THON-inspired tattoos, and the stories behind some of them.
Slides of Strength, the time where dancers get to slide down a runway of baby powder and receive 10-second massagers, just wrapped up. Being one of their personal masseuses, I found it was the perfect way to capture the dancers' comments after they had been on their feet for almost 10 hours.

Ask any dancer and they'll talk you through their weeks of cardio, diet, and endurance preparations for the big weekend. Some THON participants, prepare their bodies in a slightly different way. This THON preparation only takes a half hour and some clippers or trimmers.
