Board of Trustees Chairman Ira Lubert and Vice Chairman Mark Dambly called Al Lord's remarks about Sandusky victims "offensive and embarrassing" and recommend he step down from his seat on the Board immediately.

Allentown's current Chief of Police Keith Morris will make the move to Penn State to assume the same position, filling the role which has been covered in an interim capacity for the last 16 months.

This ranks the university up one spot from last year, when Penn State was ranked No. 32.
