The State of Pennsylvania is preparing to sue the NCAA, according to Pete Thamel of Sports Illustrated. Although the lawsuit comes on the heels of the historic NCAA penalties levied in July, Penn State is believed not to be involved. One University official claims that “Penn State has no involvement in this suit,” per the report.
