Penn State's Ballet Club, Volé, will host a holiday dance showcase called "'Tis the Season" tonight, Friday, Nov. 14 at 7:30 p.m.

Monday marks the beginning of National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week. The student organization Project Cahir has partnered with several other groups to bring the weeklong event to Penn State.
While State College is home to almost 42,000 human residents, a number of other species inhabit the area as well. This includes the cats, dogs, and other animals currently residing at the Centre County PAWS animal shelter out near the mall. Centre County PAWS, established in 1980, is one of three animal shelters in the State College area. However, there are many of things that set it apart from the Pennsylvania SPCA and Pets Come First, both located in Centre Hall.
Just one week after the resignation of two UPUA representatives was announced, the assembly was shocked again when two of its leaders said they will step down at the end of the semester. Speaker John Wortman cited time constraints and Internal Development Chair Ryan Belz was vague in his speech, but there was odd tension brewing in the room as the two hinted that other factors were at play.
