
As the first film in their fourth annual film festival, the Anthropology Graduate Student Association hosted a screening of the documentary, Spitting Game: The College Hookup Culture last night at 7pm.

The no day long rumors were intensified by a misinformed Total Frat Move post supporting a petition addressed to the IFC that simply said "WE WANT DAYLONGS!" But here's the truth.

Permit me to blow your mind for just a moment. Did you know there are other places to eat besides downtown State College?! (I know right? Quite a shocker.) In fact, there are lots of delicious dining options outside of downtown. Being a townie and a particularly food-obsessed person, I have eaten at practically every restaurant in town. It's been hard picking just a few to highlight here, but overall I think we have a list of winners.

Former President of Ireland Mary Robinson has been all over the world. Chechnya, Rwanda, and, as of tonight, the Eisenhower Auditorium. Radiating girl power, she detailed her impressive career as a defender of human rights. Her story was one that inspired men and women alike.
