
The students have spoken, and with 44% of the vote, Courtney Lennartz was elected UPUA President today.
Lennartz, along with running-mate Katelyn Mullen, were seen as the natural front runners from the start. Lennartz served as UPUA Vice-President for this past assembly, and although she had her flaws, the other two tickets were unable to throw her off her game during the two week campaign.

You, the readers, have spoken and we here at Onward State heard your suggestions. You all made it perfectly clear that Penn State has more than just ten personalities we all find endearing.

It's a UPUA elections tradition unlike any other -- election day breakfast at the downtown Waffle Shop.

As my final semester in Happy Valley hurtles to a close (slowww downnnn!), I can't help but look back on the past four wonderful years and wonder what I could have done differently. While I try to preach and practice a "no regrets" mentality, I can't say I wouldn't change a few things if given the chance. With that in mind, here are five things I wish I would have done during my time at Penn State.

While it may be fun to go through the list and vote for whoever has the coolest name, it's damaging to democracy to vote uninformed. In the lasting words of the first UPUA President-Elect Jay Bundy, "You voted for me bitches. That was a bad idea." We don't want that to happen again, so we've compiled a list of resources to use when voting today.
