Starting the summer of 2018, Onward State offers a featured apartment listing that can be purchased using a self-service form. The featured apartment listing can be used to promote any rental opportunity in State College – an apartment, a house, or even a sublease opportunity.

Here’s how the unit looks on the page:

In the easy to use form, you’ll submit the following:

• A title
  
• A name
• A description
• An image
• A link

After the opportunity has been submitted, our team will quickly review the content and then publish it in a pinned position on the Onward State homepage, ensuring maximum visibility on the first day of your sponsorship. You will receive a report afterwards detailing how many people viewed and/or clicked your post.

If the apartment ends up taken, we can remove the post, otherwise it will stay in the feed after the initial promotion period (just not in the first position).
