After a strong showing in several fall sports, Penn State placed fourth in the most recent Learfield Sports Directors' Cup Standings. Penn State currently has 338.0 Directors' Cup points, and trails Stanford (500.0), UCLA (430.0), and North Carolina (405.50) in the standings.
State College finally has its own anthem, courtesy of one very bizarre Spotify artist, "The Guy Who Writes Songs About Cities & Towns." The piece of musical art that I'm referring to is entitled "State College is a Happy Valley Place," and appears on his newly released album, "Pennsylvania Songs: PA Exciting."
