From the New Years Eve announcement that Bill O’Brien was gone, until James Franklin’s first press conference on Saturday, fans following Penn State football have been in a frenzy. The rumor mill ran rampant, Twitter couldn't seem to update quick enough, and it didn't take long to be come disillusioned with the whole process. But our thirst for information and emotional connection pales in comparison to what it must've been like to be a Pen State football player through it all.

The third candidate to publicly throw their hat into the ring for the 2014 Penn State Board of Trustees election is no stranger to the process. James Franklin made several media stops yesterday, giving his first interviews to members of the national media since becoming Penn State's head coach less than a week ago. His first stop was a nearly eight-and-a-half minute appearance on the nationally-syndicated radio program The Dan Patrick Show, hosted by former ESPN anchor Dan Patrick.

Lone Survivor has been a hit the box office since it was released on January 10, not only among Penn Staters, but nationwide. The movie depicts the true story of a four-man Navy SEAL team on a mission in Afghanistan, and stars Mark Wahlberg as Marcus Luttrell, the real life “lone survivor,” along with Taylor Kitsch, Emile Hirsch, and Ben Foster as the other members of Luttrell’s SEAL team.

After a brief period of mourning under the name "Former EBOB," the account is back under the name @JamesFrankwin and we got the man behind the account to answer 10 more questions.
