GE has announced that it will donate up to $10 million to the university over the course of the next five years to create the "Center for Collaborative Research on Intelligent Natural Gas Suppy Systems at Penn State." CCRINGSS for short.

Starting this Thursday (1/30), rush week for business fraternities will begin in earnest with the Business Fraternity Council (BFC) Mixer. All of the business fraternities the University has will be present at the event, enabling rushees to meet representatives from all of the fraternities in order to determine which one (or ones) they want to rush.

Accordingly, executives from General Electric (GE), Siemens Corporation, and Volvo will be visiting Penn State over the next two weeks to highlight and discuss their respective relationships with the university.
