No what they need, if you ask Professor Kris-Etherton, is a great big chocolate bar, preferably one from Hershey’s. But you know what…If the Egg Producers Association would just come up with a bit of money to fund the research, I bet she could find the value in an omelet sandwich.

  i do love that dark chocolate. Hershey’s is no good though.
