VIDEO: Donors Give To Wigs For Kids

Every year during THON, people stand in center stage, surrounded by thousands of onlookers as they cheer on their commitment to making the world a better place. It just so happens that this ceremony involves cutting off their hair, and normally a lot of it falls victim to the center stage scissors.

The cut hair doesn’t go to waste though — it all goes toward the creation of wigs, the main benefactor being children whose chemo therapy has left them without hair at a young age. Check out all of the hair donators from THON 2015 in the video above.
