It’s All About The Benjamins…

The Trustees have spoken. It’s official. The tuition increases that are en vogue on college campuses across the country will again affect University Park. I suspect the current financial meltdown isn’t helping things. So far this year, the Penn State endowment, the financial backbone of the school, has declined 11.7 percent. Tuition will go up 5.87 percent, or $225 per semester. Room and Board rates, including meal plan costs, will go up as well.

Senior Writes Final Column
