An observation about Penn State Football’s legal woes. Abe Koroma and Maurice Evans, the two players convicted of possession of marijuana in the fall, received ARD, a program for first-time offenders (it’s funny because they play defense), and one year of probation. Koroma will be back next year, while Evans has declared for the NFL Draft.
