Japanese Club Trip to New York: Sign Up Today

Sign-ups are today in the HUB, by the fish tank, from 5:00-6:30 pm.

What: The Japanese Club is planning to take a trip to NYC and/or the Mitsuwa marketplace. It will be a day of fun, touring the city, as well as shopping at the famed Japanese Mitsuwa marketplace!!

When: Saturday, February 28th

Where: New York City/Mitsuwa, depart from PSU: 7:00AM

Cost: $30 member, $35 non-member

To paraphrase Mark Twain: The reports of higher education’s death have been an exaggeration. American universities produce more research and relevant knowledge for the world at large than any other institutions I know of. Tuition may be too damn high, but over the long-run, undergraduate degrees are definitely worth the cost. But Penn State could be so much more. It used to be, I think.
