Submissions for Onward State’s first photo contest are due by tomorrow at Midnight! Here is the recap for those that missed the original post:
Compete for guts and glory in the best competition since tic-tac-toe! Enter your photo in the first ever Onward State photo contest!
Here are the guidelines:
- Read the description of the topic
- Take a photo (or use an existing one)
- Email the image to [email protected]
- Include your first name, class standing and some info about the picture in your submission email
- Wait a few days and we will post the images we receive
- Commenters will have their say with which photos are the best/worst
Your mission (should you choose to accept it):
Take a picture of something AWESOME dealing with Penn State
Submissions are due by midnight on February 24 (Tuesday).
By sending us the picture, you grant us permission to freely use the image on our website.

Question of the Day: Sweet Mobile Apps
AT&T is sponsoring a pretty cool competition in which entrants can win $10,000 cash in scholarship money for creating a mobile device application. Teams of up to four people can enter a custom-built application for the purpose of e-learning. The rules state that the “innovating e-learning mobile app” should be functional across multiple platforms. Submissions are due by September 15, 2010 and so far there are only ten teams signed up.
