JoePa Embraces Form, Not Format, of Twitter?

ESPN’s crack comedians spent some time in the past week thinking about how Joe Paterno would use Twitter. The closest we’re going to really get to this is @MeanJoePaterno, but their ideas were funny nonetheless.

About that last one, does anyone know what the accepted interpretation of the rule is regarding Twitter?
