A statue honoring Christina Green, the youngest victim in this fall’s Tucson shooting, was unveiled this week. Green, who was just 10 in January, had told her parents she wanted to come to Penn State someday.
The 16th annual Noche Latino, an event put together by the Latino Caucus, will kick off tonight at 8:00 pm in HUB Heritage Hall. Noche Latino is one of the largest Latino events at Penn State. Two students will be elected Mr. and Mrs. Latino tonight in a scholarship competition that includes three main components: a monologue, a talent, and a question and answer period.
Michael Doyle, the former lead man of British Phil, is leading a Philly competition to open for Weezer at the Radio 104.5 Birthday Party on May 20th. Check out his video entry titled 'Big Spoon' below and head over to the radio station's website to vote.
