Christian Ragland Needs A New (Twitter) Identity

It was the end of an era this past Wednesday night, as UPUA president-elect TJ Bard was sworn into office, becoming the figurehead of the student government’s Sixth Assembly. Former president Christian Ragland’s “reign” over University Park’s students had come to an end, and with that, so did his hold on the @studentbodyprez Twitter account (which is now in a state of technical flux).

After interviewing Christian last week for another story, I asked him what his new Twitter handle would be. He said that he had no clue, to which I proposed having Onward State help him come up with a new one. He thought the idea was grand and wondered what we could do.

So now here we are. You, the readers and commenters of Onward State, will get to help choose Christian’s new identity in the Twitterverse. Leave your suggestions in the comments section and later this week, we’ll put the best to a vote. As always, keep it classy.
