Get your skinny jeans and retro band tee ready because tomorrow night is The Asylum’s Annual Spring concert.
You can't snag a Bud Light to go wonderfully with your chicken basket during Penn State football games, or any college sporting events, for that matter; but West Virginia University may soon change that. Would this ever happen at Beaver Stadium?
In maybe the most gruesome game of football Beaver Stadium has seen since "6-4", the Blue team defeated the White Team in a rain-shortened Blue-White Game by a score of 10-0. The ugliness started right from the opening snap as Rob Bolden threw an interception to Mike Wallace on a severely underthrown ball. Although all reports coming out of camp this spring spoke of Bolden being more comfortable with the offense than ever before, he put up a goose egg in the completion column, missing on all six of his attempts.
Coach Joe Paterno talked with the media about an hour before today's Blue-White Game. Find out JoePa's thoughts on the quarterback situation, running back, offensive line and the team's injury bug after the jump.
Finally, after months of excruciating labor and countless hours of crunching the numbers, Playboy Magazine has named their Top 10 Party Schools. The Big Ten had two spots on the list, with the University of Wisconsin at #6 and our good ol’ alma mater coming in at #2. Topping the list of debauchery was the University of Colorado at Boulder. Presumably, PSU lacked the necessary amount of “Oh God, I am freezing my ass off.”
It's that time of year again. Thousands of fans pack into Beaver Stadium for a game that means absolutely nothing for records or statistics. But the end of spring practice is here, and we get our first look at the 2011 Penn State Nittany Lions on Saturday in the annual Blue-White Game. Although there are injuries to 19 different players on the spring roster, we're offering a preview of the things you'll (hopefully) see on the field this weekend.
