The Zac Brown Band will be performing tonight at the Bryce Jordan Center at 8 p.m. with openers Sonia Leigh and Nic Cowan. The band, which became widely popular with their 2008 album “The Foundation”, fuses country music with songs that pay homage to the relaxing nature of Jimmy Buffet.
Penn State (5-1; 2-0 Big Ten) heads into the Homecoming Game against Purdue (3-2; 1-0 Big Ten) on a three-game winning streak. The Nittany Lions are heavily favored to beat the Boilermakers, but it might not be so easy after Derek Moye injured his foot. The teams will take to the Beaver Stadium field on Saturday for a noon match-up.

Yesterday was National Coming Out Day, taking place within National Coming Out Week. One of the main events among many this week, a rally was held at noon in the HUB, and had an excellent turnout. Check out the video here.
