THON 2013 Overall Chairperson Applications Due Today

For some, the remaining 339 days until THON Weekend 2013 may seem like an eternity. But, for this year’s most motivated THON leaders, there is no time to be wasted. The time for first step of the exciting planning process of the largest student-run philanthropy in the world, the selection of an Overall Chairperson, has come.

Judge Denies Sandusky’s Request for Information

Judge John Cleland ruled quickly, denying Jerry Sandusky's request for a more specific Bill of Particulars that would include more information on the alleged victims and crimes. Yesterday, Sandusky's legal counsel Joe Amendola argued unsuccessfully for the Commonwealth to provide more specific dates as to when the crimes occurred.

Quinn/Feghali Ticket Kicks Off UPUA Campaign

In front of a nearly full Osmond classroom, the first official campaign event of the 2012 UPUA election season came to be. Her campaign staff donned in pink, Maggie Quinn and running mate Gina Feghali launched their presidential campaign and unveiled their platform to an audience that included dignitaries of the likes of Smeal Representative Elias Warren.
