Penn State has entered into a partnership with the Dubai Judicial Institute. Legal Lions will have the chance to study international law in one of the most prosperous states of the United Arab Emirates. The two schools will also coordinate conferences and faculty exchanges.

Expiration Stickers Now Available for ID+ Cards

To comply with the new Pennsylvania Voter ID law, expiration date stickers for Penn State issued ID+ cards are now available for pickup so that the cards can be used as valid identification at the polls in November.

Who is The Willard Preacher?

It's around 12 o'clock on a sunny Tuesday afternoon. Gary Cattell is about to begin his work, as he does most days at this time. He has meticulously picked his spot at the base of the Willard Building steps, partially for acoustics, but mainly because a majority of students have classes there. He takes his position next to the steps with a plaza surrounded by bike racks and bushes. The Willard Preacher is ready to begin.
