Love Quotes to Take Over Social Media

We are constantly grappling with our personal views of love. It’s a tricky feeling to nail down.

So, instead, we rely on celebrities, philosophers, writers, movies, artists, and musicians to give us some insight into love with beautiful and sometimes ambiguous quotes. Today is when those quotes reign supreme on social media.

No matter if they’re romantic, tragic, or cynical – love quotes will be taking over your news and Twitter feeds. And to help perpetuate the trend, here’s some to pick from:

Basic

“If music be the food of love, play on.” ~ William Shakespeare, Twelfth Night

“Love is composed of a single soul inhabiting two bodies.” ~ Aristotle

“You ain’t a beauty, but hey, you’re alright. Oh, and that’s alright with me.” ~ Bruce Springsteen, Thunder Road

“You know you’re in love when you can’t fall asleep because reality is finally better than your dreams.” ~ Dr. Seuss
