Things to Do While Waiting in Line for THON

We know there's a long wait to get in line to the Bryce Jordan Center, but your trip doesn't have to be a boring wait in the cold. Here are some things you could try to pass the time.

For the lonesome souls standing out in the cold waiting to get into the Bryce Jordan Center, it is very easy to place the blame on the Rules & Regulations committees for refusing to let anymore people in. But it is not that simple of an explanation.

Long Lines Becoming a Problem for THON

Unless you've been living under a rock for the past day and a half, you know that capacity for THON has been an issue this year. This afternoon, the BJC reached capacity and stopped letting spectators in. A line started forming at Gate A (the one facing University Dr. and Curtin Rd.), and within a half hour reached around the side of the building and almost to Beaver Stadium. That's where it was the last time I checked, about an hour ago. One can only assume that the line has been steadily increasing since.

The Wondershop Showdown Wows the BJC

It was the first time the Wondershop Showdown played at THON, but they could very well be the best performance thus far.

Football Team Uses THON Saturday to Give Back

It was far different from any fall Saturday, but it was equally as special for some members of the Penn State Football team who were able to make dreams come true for 25 Make-A-Wish families.
