How Does a HEAL Dancer Stay Alert?

By: Doug Dooling

It’s no doubt that spending a day-and-a-half on your feet is an exhausting experience. How does one do manage to stay alert for all this time?

We interviewed Jon, a dancer from HEAL (Help Every Angel Live). When we found him, he was eating an apple and had a banana under his right arm. Other than eating food, he stays energized by drinking water for hydration. He prefers songs from musicians like Table Ten, pump-up music, and rager music back stage. He also has a “great” moraler to boost his spirits.

When the weekend is over, he will share his experiences with heal for tips for THON 2014.
