Plastic Muzik to Boomwhack the HUB

Have you ever wanted to see one of those bands that make music by beating on trash cans in concert? If so, now is your chance as Plastic Muzik will take over the HUB ground floor on Tuesday, March 19 from 12 – 2 p.m. courtesy of SPA.

Originally founded in 2002, Plastic Muzik consists of five multi-instrumentalists, a three-piece rock outfit, and a DJ according to their band description. The band isn’t limited to one genre, as they’ll use their Boomwhackers and musical genius to cover anything from classical music to techno favorites. Don’t believe me? Here’s the band Boomwhackin’ it to the tune of Axel F.
